These terms are issued by Uberhorse 2012 Ltd and are effective from November 8th, 2012. They cover the use of our website – www.uberhorse.co.nz. Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. Please read these terms carefully.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Uberhorse 2012 Ltd ("Uberhorse") does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage, which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

2. Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will refund your payment to the account it originated from, and advise that the goods are no longer available.
An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order along with a tax invoice for your records.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
We reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.

Lay-by is available at our discretion. The following conditions apply:
- Minimum 20% deposit
- Minimum lay-by value $50.00 (can be made up of more than one item)
- Monthly payments required (payments must be made to our account)
- Cancellation Fee (we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10 to cover the cost of storage, processing and any loss in retail value)
- Total lay-by term is 3 months; however this term may be extended at our discretion
4. Pricing
All prices listed on www.uberhorse.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
5. Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.
6. Delivery and Delivery Charges
Please note that all items are sent with a tracking code & cover up to the value of $1500 if lost in transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at service@uberhorse.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. Once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful we will replace the item/s. For a list of our delivery charges please see this page.
7. Delivery Period
We endeavour to ensure that orders will be dispatched within two business days of the order being placed. Items in stock will be sent to you immediately on receipt of payment. In-stock items are generally delivered to NZ addresses within 2-3 working days, though courier delivery to rural addresses & those outside of the main cosmopolitan centers may take longer. We can provide a courier company tracking number to you on request.

Other than connecting to the Uberhorse website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Uberhorse website servers. You also agree not to modify any content or service on the Uberhorse website. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.
